UNIFICATION: The meeting point of polarities

🌻 The recent Lammas juncture has got me contemplating my extra fondness for the cross-quarter days.

Samhain, Imbolc, Beltane, Lammas — all hold the pulse of juxtaposition.

Whereas the solstices are fruition points, the Equinox's highlight the direct contrast of light and dark; the cross-quarter days offer a more nuanced binary — a subtle edge of tension that gives rise to deep contemplation around the personal and primordial mechanics of creation.

It’s this meeting point — the foundational elements of creation — where I find myself dwelling and exploring these days...

🌗 In this time of extreme polarisation, it’s essential to build the capacity to hold the tension between opposites and get curious about their meeting point.

So many strong opinions out there now:

⚔️ war / freedom

☯️ conflict / harmony

💧 cold water therapy is bad / or actually it’s good

🌀 heal your trauma / transcend your trauma

💞 polyamory / monogamy

...the list goes on.

And oh boy, does the mind love division — to hook onto one belief or the other!

But ultimately the truth of this revolutionary era is far more intricate than the black and white we've been used to.

Collective consciousness is being invited into a leap beyond the binary.

For me, this nuanced enquiry offers an exploration into each pole on an embodied level — moving all the way through aversion or attachment, until a point of unification emerges like a spontaneous realisation that is completely unique to the individual.

On a personal level this may look like reaching a point of meeting your anger without fear of it causing harm or attachment to the power it gives you.

Or meeting longing without an attachment to outcome or fear of what may be lost. These are cusps where something unexpected and mysterious can happen.

And honestly?

It’s not a one-time thing.

Swinging back and forth between opposite states is a fundamental part of the spiralling and emergent process.

Resourcing yourself with support and guidance is fundamental.

Let’s be real — the ‘dark night of the soul’ is not a one-off event.

For many on the path of embodied wakefulness, it’s been relentless.

And yet... so have the breakthroughs 🌹

Many see this time, the world, as ‘broken’, ‘at its worst’ —

but I see the loudness of the juxtaposition as a collective desire and untameable longing for unity.

The loudness of chaos, in fact, provides dynamic fuel for a quantum leap — as it does within each of us.

It’s already available.

Creation is born from from the collision of opposites.

Chaos is dynamic fuel for a breakthrough.

Its the riding through chaos that requires our mastery.

☯️ In Tantra, the poles are essentialised as masculine and feminine.

What has helped me in recent years while exploring more subtle terrain is to rename them as yin and yang — each expressing personally and cosmically.

These four expressions (personal and cosmic yin and yang) long for unification.

Just like the initiations offered by the cross-quarter days.

🌀 My own path — and the place I’m exploring and guiding others from — has shifted dramatically over the past few years...

🌷Way back in the beginning, it was more yang:

Yoga, non-dual meditation, ancient lineages, the path of ascension and bliss.

It forged a foundation of void, silence, and heart-expansion.

I’m grateful for that.

🥀Then came the path of descent — a groundbreaking bodyquake magnetising me open into primordial yin. Over and over.

The dharma called in a new direction.

Ceremony. Ritual. Trauma work. Relational dynamics. Womb wisdom. Women’s spaces. Working with medicine.

Merging intimately with nature — her seasons, cycles, and elements.

The feminine archetypes began to unveil initiations within me: Tara, Kali, Durga, the Marys... so many more.

But then this too… reached a culmination point.

I’ve been pondering this new era I find myself in...

My curiosity and work are building around bridging the gap — forging a path of 𝖴𝖭𝖨𝖥𝖨𝖢𝖠𝖳𝖨𝖮𝖭 ♾

for myself and those who feel called.

A living, breathing emergence of unique essence within us as individuals — one that encompasses both healing and awakening.

In a time of deep contrast and division, the space between opposites holds its own wisdom.

We stand at the meeting point of:

☯️ Yin & Yang

✝️ Descent & Ascent

✡ Masculine & Feminine

🕉 Healing & Awakening

☪️ Light & Shadow

♋ Power & Humility

⚛ Right here unity is born

☸ And this has been the dharma all along

A journey toward what the mystics call:

✨ 𝒯𝑜𝓉𝒶𝓁𝒾𝓉𝓎 ✨

We are in a profound time of mastery —

In this sacred dance of opposites, light embraces shadow, strength intertwines with vulnerability, and the heart learns to hold both joy and sorrow without objection.

Every experience, however mundane or invisible, holds immense power to forge us anew.

True unity isn’t about erasing differences, but about honouring each facet as an essential thread in the tapestry of being.

And I’m here for all of it.
