The period between Spring Equinox and Easter is known to be an intensely pivotal moment of rebirth in our natural solar cycle. A symbolic and potent time of emergence whereby Nature can directly inform our bodies how to gently rise from the ashes of our winter cave.

This year's Equinox juncture also marks 1 full solar cycle since our precious planet went into a global retreat. This is an incredibly poignant time of deeply honouring the depths of excavation we have traversed and endured, the drastic changes we have made in our lives, the losses and the gifts, and the precious time we have been given as the Earth takes her much needed space to heal. Now is the time to allow the breadth of life to expand your heart and lungs into whom you have become during this global dark night. We are not the same, there is much to recognise, honour and celebrate as the wheel of the year turns toward lighter days.

At this point in the Wheel of the Year, where nature is heavily pregnant with creativity, we observe a point of balance - light is equal to dark, death occurring alongside birth, nature has no objection to either and yet the polarities within us and around us rub strongly as we observe the fragile beauty of life birthing through. This ceremony invites us to explore our longing for the natural flow of life force and its potential, where creativity, connection and compassion are organically flowing as well as honouring the shedding of the last layers of our winter excavation that may subtly inhibit our continued growth and emergence.

Join Naseem and a group of dear sisters for an afternoon immersion, embracing cyclical wisdom, uniting Earth and Body and tenderly birthing beauty through an embodied engagement in surrendering to our feminine essence. A noble and sacred passageway of immense creativity, awakening an intrinsic connection in our souls to the natural rhythms of Life.

What to Expect

You will be guided into an embodied journey of rebirthing, transfiguration and emergence through supportive practices working directly with our innate creative potential, to activate the body's gridlines and power centres, strengthening the inner Midwife to assist us through the waves of contraction and expansion whilst staying present with tension and blocks.  

You will be offered essential oil recommendations to assist this potent awakening, space for sharing and digestion, an enlivening music-mediation journey, as well as the chance to join together for an Equinox Ritual to harness the potency of this time.

This compassionate space offers a chance to come together, receive support, share and connect encouraging the ongoing birthing of our sweet souls. 

The air is ripe for growth and change, consciousness is fiercely awakening in the collective field, and as women, we stand before a great opportunity for deeper healing, awakening and transformation.
