This is an invitation to dive into the deep, soft, vulnerable, powerful, wild and blissful nature of our Embodied Womanly Essence.

Gift yourself a week with a devoted circle of sisters in a stunning and cosy retreat centre, set in the beautiful Alpujarra Mountains of Spain. In amongst the raw and unbridled nature, and with stunning mountain/ocean views as our backdrop, we will explore practices that support an embodied journey of Awakening as Women.

If this calls to your brave and beautiful Heart, then join Valerie and Naseem, two caring and dedicated teachers. They will lovingly offer a nourishing and deeply healing space for honouring our bodies and emotions, reconnecting to our hearts and wombs, discovering and cultivating sexual/creative energy, through sharing circles, ceremony, guided meditation, guided movement/free dance/asana, and sacred tantric and yogic practice. Let’s play wildly, rest deeply, open our vulnerable hearts and powerful wombs, and celebrate together our journey as Awakening Women! You will be held safely and guided truthfully, as we work towards radical self-love and wholeness, developing a range of practices to allow an unfolding into our profound and fertile power as Women and Human Beings.

Where

The stunningly beautiful off-grid mountain haven that is Hidden Paradise Retreat Centre! Having retreated here twice, Hidden Paradise has become a home away from home for me and Rupert and Jules, the incredibly warm and wonderful owners, have become soul family.

​

They have shared & single occupancy bedrooms in various dwellings built using locally sourced materials. The stone buildings also have comfortable communal spaces with fully working kitchens. The WIFI internet connection can be used in the main house where guests can grab a book from the library, socialise with the other guests or simply enjoy the stunning views down the valley to The Mediterranean Sea.

Each dwelling has various bathrooms (shower, basin & flush loo) and there are additional composting loos.

​

Thanks to the abundant Spanish sunshine, Hidden Paradise is completely off-grid, using substantial solar systems to supply electricity & hot water.  An abundance of sun & spring water enables them to offer you a luxuriously comfortable stay, with little effect on our glorious planet.

​

Their experienced chefs take pride in creating delicious, healthy meals using home-grown and where possible organic and always locally-sourced ingredients, to prepare nutritious raw, vegan and vegetarian dishes.  They are happy to accommodate the needs of guests with allergies to particular foods and often prepare gluten and dairy free meals – all served with so much love!

Sweat it out in the gorgeous hand built traditional wood-fired sauna,which holds up to eight to ten people. Or enjoy a cooling dip in the stylishly covered natural spring water pool, heated by the sun and cleaned using two alternative systems,a copper/silver electrode system and a U.V. light.
